The Detroit Pistons are celebrating a successful NBA draft night with their day-after news conference to introduce the newest members of the organization.
Beginning Friday at 2:40 p.m., Pistons owner Tom Gores, general manager Troy Weaver, head coach Dwane Casey and the team’s four draft picks are answering questions from the media at the team’s practice facility in Detroit. You can watch it live below or follow updates from reporters below.
OMARI’S PISTONS DRAFT GRADES: Cade Cunningham makes them winners. How about Round 2?
The Pistons came away with a draft haul of Cade Cunningham (Oklahoma State guard, No. 1 pick), Isaiah Livers (Michigan forward, Pick 42), Luka Garza (Iowa center, Pick 52) and Balsa Koprivica (Florida State center, Pick 57).
They also traded starting center Mason Plumlee to Charlotte, which gives the Pistons some cap room heading into free agency, which begins Monday at 6 p.m.
