Game notes: For the second straight game, the Pistons have the rest advantage, as the Knicks defeated Indiana, 110-107, at home Saturday night. … This matchup marks the return of Derrick Rose, who played parts of two seasons in Detroit before February’s trade, which brought back Dennis Smith Jr. — who is beginning to find his mojo — and a second-round pick. The Knicks are fifth in the Eastern Conference and 6-3 with Rose in the lineup; he’s averaging 12.3 points and 4.9 assists and played 38 minutes vs. Indiana with 17 points and 11 assists. … The teams play again March 4 in New York in the first-half finale, and April 3 in Detroit.
