Game notes: The Pistons continue their road trip in front of a slightly larger crowd in Utah, which will allow nearly 4,000 fans to attend. The Pistons had their game Monday in Denver postponed due to a COVID-19 test, but are expected to play this one.

The Jazz had an 11-game win streak snapped Sunday afternoon by the Nuggets, but are No. 2 in the West. Donovan Mitchell averages a team-best 22.8 points, one of six players to average double figures. The Jazz shoot 40% from 3-point range, third-best in the NBA, on a league-high 42.5 attempts per game. … The Jazz defeated the Pistons on Jan. 10 in Detroit, 96-86, behind 28 points from Mitchell. Jerami Grant scored 28 for the Pistons.
