Game notes: The Knicks and Pistons meet for the second time this week; New York beat Detroit, 109-90, on Sunday in Michigan. … The Pistons defeated the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday behind triple-doubles from Mason Plumlee and Dennis Smith Jr., who’s steadily improved since being traded from the Knicks. … The Knicks lost their last game vs. the San Antonio Spurs but are 7-4 since acquiring Derrick Rose.
