After making his NBA debut against the Orlando Magic on Saturday, Cade Cunningham will miss Sunday’s game.
Cunningham (right ankle injury management) will sit out the second half of the Detroit Pistons’ home-road back-to-back when the team travels to Brooklyn to face the Nets.
The team is still taking a cautious approach with Cunningham, who missed most of training camp, all of preseason and Detroit’s first four regular season games with an ankle sprain.
In his debut, Cunningham scored two points, grabbed seven rebounds and dished two assists in 19 minutes to help the Pistons to a 110-103 win, their first if the season.
