Detroit Pistons media day: Live updates begin with GM Troy Weaver at 1:30 p.m.

The Detroit Pistons open training camp Monday with media day, beginning at 1:30 p.m. from the practice facility in Detroit.

General manager Troy Weaver, four days after trading for Utah Jazz veteran forward Bojan Bogdanovic, kicks off the news conferences at 1:30 p.m., with head coach Dwane Casey set for 1:45 p.m. and players including guards Cade Cunningham and Jaden Ivey, beginning at 2 p.m.

The Pistons hold a free open practice Oct. 2 at Little Caesars Arena, before kicking off a four-game exhibition season Oct. 4 in New York. They host Orlando on Oct. 19 to open the regular season. Here are 10 questions we’re tracking entering the season.
